I don't know if you know this but... It's almost Christmas! I know, I know, it may come as a shock to you, guys, since you basically pay no attention to all the things that are not... What's the word? Material? No... Money-related? No, that's not it. ONLINE!
Yes, that's what I was looking for! Also, you probably no longer believe in Santa, nor in Santa's little helpers (or, maybe, you are one of those people who claim that they had always suspected there was something fishy about a fatso coming through a small chimney. Especially if you grew up in a block of flats. In other words, a pessimist), but if you're fed up with your own Christmas disillusionment, please go to http://walesfinance.net
Can you hear those sleigh bells ringing? Oh, come on! Wales Finance's page is white, green and red and is decorated with little leaves, or trees, or whatever. Even the girl is wearing a red&white T-shirt for heaven's sake! And she looks like she knows Santa very well, if you know what I mean.
For all the pessimists out there: yes, I realize that the colors evoke the Welsh flag, not Santa with a Christmas tree in his hands. But don't you have the little child inside you anymore?!
All in all, obviously I like the design. Putting the Christmas fever aside, the website is easy to navigate, well-thought through and simple. If only the red dragon would appear! (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go help yourself: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Welsh_Dragon).
It must be the Christmas, or I'm getting old and lenient, but I really like this webpage. Their texts are unique and their message is clear. What bothers me slightly is the legend of Wales Finance that you can read on the "who we are" page. I get it, you're awesome, but the college thing is not all that interesting. What's more important, IMHO, is that the staff you're hiring is permanent and that you've been working since 2005 (although Wales Finance went online only recently, on 11-11-2011).
For obvious reasons, they're registered, as most Forex companies are, in Dominica. What may seem quite amusing is their motto: "The Investment Company that likes to say Yes" – really? To every question possible? How about: can I pay you in Doubloons? Or Monopoly money? Or not pay at all? The other motto is better, "[t]he power to do more", although somehow I immediately think of batteries or power drinks and stuff like that. But my mind is wicked, as you already know.
